*What sizes do you have?
All our garments are generally SIZES S, M, L. Remember that all our garments are upon request.
If you are not sure about what your size is, we provide you with our size chart.
*What kind of fabrics and supplies do you use?
At Nahual we only use raw material of natural origin as well as with our dyeings. The majority of our fabrics are made of linen and some others are made of cotton. We also use coconut and wooden buttons.
* How long does it take to make my garment?
As you know, our essence is the slow fashion. That is why garments are made one by one, according to the order of request, and it can take between 10 and 15 business days (plus shipping).
* Do you make changes?
If you require any change, we suggest you contact us immediately before making your garment at WhatsApp +573103618963. Be aware that after this, it won’t be possible.
If for any reason, your garment did not fit the way you wanted, we can arrange possible adjustments with extra costs to the initial payment (you assume the costs of reshipping).
*Where do you ship to?
Our garments are delivered worldwide, to principal cities and urban areas by carriers such as Servientrega, Coordinadora, DHL. They can take between 8 and 15 days to arrive, depending on the country.
*How do I know where my order is?
Don’t worry, when we send your garment we will provide the tracking number by which you will be able to access the delivery service website for you to track your order.
